Stock Plan Alterations:

Basic stock plan alterations shall be charged at $60.00 per hour. This rate shall be added to the basic stock plan price, plus vellum charge.

Major modifications to stock plans will require preliminary drawings at a flat fee of $120.00.

Study Set:

Study sets of plans consist of main floor plan,front and rear elevations only. These plans will be clearly stamped (NOT FOR CONSTUCTION AND SHALL NOT BE REPRODUCED).
A deposit of $450.00 is required on all study sets. The deposit will be held for 30 days after which the funds will be deposited to our account. When the study set is returned before the 30 days the deposit will be refunded. A check or credit card number with expiration date will be required and will be held for the 30 days.

Stock Plan Pricing Base:

When the client and /or contractor has purchased a (7) set package,specific to each stock plan purchased, the buyer shall only be required to pay a $2.50 per sheet print charge for each additional set of prints (specific to each purchased plan). After 2 years the plan will have to be repurchased at the current plan price. The 2 year time frame will be based on the original invoice date.

Independent Home Designs,Inc.drawings may require specific engineering based on governing and local codes.The engineering and engineering fee required for working documents shall be the sole responsibility of the client and/or contractor.

No finished working document and/or prints shall leave the office of Independent Home Designs,Inc.without payment in full.It shall be the sole responsibility of the client and/contractor to arrange payment prior to release of plans and/or prints.The client and/or contractor bear the sole responsibility for the final cost of construction.

All working documents sold,produced and/or altered are the property of Independent Home Designs, Inc. and may be use in any manner by Independent Home Designs, Inc.
